About This Opportunity:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee the company’s digital presence, managing the corporate website and paid advertising channel. You’ll track key metrics to inform marketing strategies, enhance user experience, and identify optimization opportunities.
In this role, you will also serve as the main point of contact for vendors during the build and launch of our new website, ensuring a smooth process and successful deployment. Your efforts will be crucial in shaping positive perceptions of the Valenz Health brand and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.
Things You’ll Do Here:
- Own and maintain corporate website in WordPress, including page updates and new page builds, ensuring it’s optimized for performance, GenAI, SEO, and user experience.
- Serve as main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendor(s) for brand-new website build.
- Regularly update content, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement new features or improvements.
- Monitor analytics to assess performance and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Manage strategy and execution of all paid advertising campaigns, including paid social media, pay-per-click (PPC), retargeting, and sponsored content.
- Develop, monitor, and optimize campaign budgets.
- Build and refine PPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and consistent performance improvement.
- Oversee retargeting initiatives to reengage users and drive conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Regularly report on paid advertising campaign performance and website analytics to identify insights and trends while implementing optimization tactics.
- Present data-driven recommendations to inform decision-making.
- Research, track, and analyze target audience behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing strategy.
- Work with content marketing, lead generation, and product marketing partners to ensure consistent messaging and seamless experience throughout user journey.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests in partnership with the Lead Generation Manager.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Five (5) or more years of proven experience in paid advertising, website management and optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, and related tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript coding and development.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally while also working independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A plus if you have…
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Experience in the healthcare or health insurance industries.
- Knowledge of video production.
- Web development skills.
- Experience in Canva.

- Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
- Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
- Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
- Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
