• Lead and execute infrastructure and reliability initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines.
• Maintain and optimize cloud-hosted infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents impacting application performance, system health, or availability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to infrastructure support needs.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and automated software delivery.
• Identify and address gaps in site reliability engineering practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with development teams to enhance adoption of DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.
• Conduct security reviews and implement remediations based on findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Systems Administrators, Developers, QA, Analysts, and Product—to ensure seamless systems integration and operational success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 4+ years in Systems Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Strong experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines in production environments and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, AWS, GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Strong understanding of Windows/Linux systems and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).

• Experience in network configuration (security groups, load balancers).
• Experience with Kubernetes in production.
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace).
• Background supporting compliance audits or using security tools like Vanta or Invicti.

• Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
• Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
• Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
• Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
