About This Opportunity:
As a Sr. Data Analyst, you’ll take the lead on complex data implementations, with a strong focus on maintaining data integrity and keeping processes and workflows running smoothly. You’ll dig into data pipelines to identify opportunities for improvement and play a key role in building, documenting, and scaling data workflows across the organization.

Things You’ll Do Here:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end data-driven projects, ensuring clear scoping, internal and external stakeholder alignment, timelines, and successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data workflows, pipelines, reporting logic, and systems definitions.
  • Act as a primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Design and implement standardized processes and frameworks for data intake, data quality and validation, reporting, and delivery.
  • Oversee and improve data workflows across teams, identifying inefficiencies and driving process optimization for sustainability and scalability.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Analytics, Engineering, Product, Data Integration, and Client Delivery teams.
  • Lead project tracking and communication, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Work within Databricks and related data platforms to support, document, and optimize data workflows and pipelines.
  • Work within Azure DevOps to identify, track and maintain individual and team initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in data governance, data pipeline documentation standards, and technical best practices.
  • Mentor team members on data policies, documentation standards, product scalability, and workflow efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on complex data issues and ensure findings are documented and incorporated into process improvements.
  • Ability and willingness to dive into data independently to validate outputs, troubleshoot issues, and support analysis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data operations, analytics, or a related role with demonstrated ownership of complex projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex querying, optimization, and data validation.
  • Strong experience with Databricks (or similar cloud data platforms), including working with large-scale datasets and supporting ETL workflows.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience working in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and analytical modeling.
  • Proven experience working with ETL processes and data pipelines, with a strong emphasis on documentation, workflow orchestration, and operational reliability.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and documenting complex, cross-functional data workflows from initiation through delivery in a clear and scalable way.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and drive stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to complex problems.

A plus if you have:
  • Experience with automated data validation tools like Great Expectations, Soda, or Monte Carlo
  • Experience working with healthcare data, medical claims systems, and/or benefit plan design documentation
