About This Opportunity:
As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day execution of key operational processes focusing on data accuracy, rewards fulfillment, and overall efficiency. You’ll play a hands-on role in managing the monthly rewards program, maintaining clean and reliable data in Salesforce, and supporting reporting needs across teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and improving processes while collaborating across teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Things You’ll Do Here:

  • Coordinate the monthly rewards fulfillment process, including preparing mailings (in-office once per month), performing quality checks, auditing data, and supporting reporting.
  • Partner with Member Advocates to investigate and resolve member inquiries related to rewards, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Generate and maintain Salesforce reports to support Finance, operational workflows, and client requests.
  • Audit and clean Salesforce data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation, ensuring processes are clearly defined, organized, and easy to follow.
  • Support vendor coordination for rewards fulfillment, including communication, issue resolution, and performance tracking.
  • Assist with cross-functional projects and operational initiatives aimed at improving workflows and team efficiency.
  • Review and manage large datasets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and independently resolve operational challenges.
  • Apply critical thinking to evaluate processes, recommend improvements, and help implement more efficient solutions.

Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
  • 1+ years of experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Experience working with large datasets, including auditing, validating, and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing, analyzing, and validating data.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
A plus if you have…
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce.

Where You’ll Work: This is a hybrid position – remote with exception of a once-a- month in-office requirement. We have an office in the Nashville, TN metro.
  • Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
  • Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go. We’ll provide all the necessary equipment!
  • Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
  • Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
