About This Opportunity:
As a Data Analyst, you’ll work directly with complex datasets to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across operational and reporting needs. You’ll regularly dive into the data to investigate trends, validate results, and resolve discrepancies that impact business performance and decision-making.


Things You’ll Do Here:

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and optimize dashboards to improve data accessibility and reporting efficiency for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems and business processes.
  • Conduct file testing during implementations to validate data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Delivery, Data Integration, and Analytics, to enhance data workflows and processes.
  • Investigate and resolve data-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Perform root cause analysis of data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot processing issues, and ensure timely resolution to maintain data reliability.
  • Support automation and optimization of data-related tasks and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in documenting data policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Participate in high-priority data requests, managing urgent tasks efficiently to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support strategic initiatives, business needs, and special projects.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in data analysis, data operations, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and database management.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data governance best practices to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
A plus if you have:
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Google BigQuery).
  • Experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics.
  • Background in healthcare data, financial data, or operations data.
  • Experience working with APIs and integrating data from various sources.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

Where You’ll Work: This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment!
  • Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
  • Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
  • Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
  • Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
