About This Opportunity: As a Client Success Manager with Vālenz, you will own and nurture key client relationships by ensuring successful delivery of our solutions and driving long-term value. Acting as the trusted partner to your clients, you’ll anticipate needs, resolve issues, and guide them toward strategies that optimize outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver on client objectives while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Things You’ll Do Here:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust through proactive communication, issue resolution, and reliable support.
- Lead regular business reviews and client meetings to assess progress against goals, share insights, and align on opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation, onboarding, and delivery of services tailored to client needs.
- Monitor client performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Drive account growth by uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client objectives.
- Develop and maintain account plans outlining strategies to strengthen relationships and achieve client success.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HIPAA standards in all client interactions.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- 3+ years of experience managing client accounts or customer success, ideally within healthcare, health insurance, or a related industry.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage executive and operational stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both in-person and virtually.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with self-funded healthcare plans.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
Where You’ll Work: This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment!
- Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
- Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
- Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
- Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
