- Enter vendor bills and service fees into QuickBooks and manage the payment process through Bill.com.
- Monitor and document ACH pull authorizations, funding requests, and approvals in systems like Propelr.
- Coordinate the timely payment of imaging and surgical facilities, maintaining accurate logs of pending and completed payments.
- Ensure accurate and consistent claim status updates across QuickBooks, Bill.com, and internal systems (KI/KX).
- Maintain thorough documentation and logs to support audits, internal controls, and HIPAA compliance.
- Create and deliver weekly and monthly reporting on claim funding status, receivables, and payables.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, ideally within a healthcare or claims processing setting.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel; familiarity with Bill.com or similar tools strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, vendors, and payment methods with accuracy and composure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to maintain documentation integrity.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to improve processes and support cross-functional teams.
