Client Success Specialist

As a Client Success Specialist, you’ll be the go-to partner for ensuring smooth client interactions and supporting the Client Services team in day-to-day execution. From handling client requests and managing data accuracy to coordinating resources across the team, your work will keep projects moving and clients informed. This role is all about building trust through reliability, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Things You’ll Do Here:
- Support the Client Success team in delivering top-tier service by assisting with daily client-facing activities.
- Respond to both internal and external questions regarding Bluebook programs and client-specific data.
- Field and fulfill client requests related to:
- Data inquiries: eligibility, claims status, group status, access.
- Outcomes: provide explanations, sometimes delivered via webinar.
- Utilization: address engagement results and utilization concerns.
- Rewards: support with distribution dates, reports, and issuance.
- Assist clients with the Bluebook employer portal for report requests, toolkit guidance, and engagement material orders.
- Ensure Salesforce data management and accuracy in partnership with the Client Success team.
- Triage client issues and route to the correct internal teams for resolution.
- Travel occasionally to support health fairs and client meetings.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- 1+ years of professional experience or internship in client services, account support, customer success, or another role where you interacted directly with clients or supported teams.
- Strong adaptability in a high-growth environment with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Experience in Salesforce.com
Where You’ll Work: This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment!
- Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
- Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
- Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
- Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
