About This Opportunity:
As a Client Success Analyst, you’ll play a key role in keeping our client success operations running smoothly. You’ll support the team by managing and maintaining key databases, helping improve workflows, and assisting with operational enhancements. You’ll also contribute to developing client-facing reports that provide valuable insights and keep clients informed.

Things You’ll Do Here:
  • Run and own Salesforce reporting to support quantitative departmental decision making.
  • Respond to and deliver on requests for client-facing reporting by combining data from multiple data sources.
  • Create and update workflows, processes, and best practices for efficiency improvements in Salesforce, PowerBI and other operational systems.
  • Attend regular team meetings via Microsoft Teams, providing updates on assigned tasks and participating in discussions.
  • Monitor and respond to Operations-related questions via Salesforce & Outlook, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Collaborate with CS, operations and data stakeholders to streamline data operations and reporting processes.
  • Assist in data-related documentation and process improvements to support team efficiency.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
  • 1+ years of experience in data operations, or administrative support in a data-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and PowerBI’s reporting functionality
  • Ability to navigate the Microsoft suite for communication, analysis and task coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries clearly and professionally.
A plus if you have:
  • Experience working with datasets, and performing basic data analysis.
  • Prior exposure and work in CRM report building preferred


Where You’ll Work: This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment!
  • Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
  • Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
  • Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
  • Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
