About This Opportunity:
As a Contract Administrator, you’ll own the end-to-end contract process, from drafting and reviewing agreements to organizing and maintaining documentation throughout the lifecycle. You’ll help ensure contracts are accurate, aligned with internal policies, and compliant with applicable regulations.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with internal teams, legal, and external vendors to keep the contracting process moving efficiently. To be successful, you’ll need strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple agreements simultaneously, and a proactive approach to keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

Things You’ll Do Here:

  • Prepare, draft, review, and maintain contracts, amendments, and associated documentation in accordance with organizational standards and business requirements.
  • Manage and administer the internal contract management system, ensuring accurate data entry, document organization, version control, and timely updates.
  • Develop, update, and maintain standardized contract templates to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable state and federal laws, regulatory requirements, and internal contracting policies; consult with internal legal counsel as necessary to address risk or complex terms.
  • Compile, track, and analyze contract-related data to support reporting, decision-making, and continuous process improvement within the contracting function.
  • Review contracts to identify missing critical information, inconsistencies, ambiguities, or conflicting provisions, and proactively seek clarification or resolution.
  • Translate complex legal and contractual language into clear, concise, and business-friendly summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and communicate with external clients, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate contract negotiations, execution, and implementation.
  • Support the contract lifecycle process from initiation through execution, renewal, and termination, ensuring documentation is complete and properly archived.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in contract administration, contract management, legal support, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, including extensive experience reviewing, editing, and managing redlined agreements.
  • Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) or document management systems, including document tracking, version control, and reporting functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex contractual information to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a high-volume contracting environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment and discretion.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of management and cross-functional teams.

A plus if you have:
  • Experience working within a healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field required, or a combination of education and experience.
