  • Evaluate test results, report issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
  • Five (5) or more years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • Familiarity working with Databricks, Python and data ingestion mechanisms (APIs, SFTPs, JSON, Flat files).
  • Knowledge of Agile/scrum processes and prioritization.
  • Two (2) or more years of quality assurance responsibilities such as planning and testing.
  • Ability to present to stakeholders and leadership teams with strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience in a deadline driven environment with a knack for organization and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
A plus if you have:
  • Business Systems Analyst experience with a focus in data engineering or analytics-heavy environments.
  • An understanding of general concepts of the healthcare industry, types of information used, how the data is produced, consumed, and transformed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Experience facilitating Quality Assurance processes.
