About This Opportunity:
As a Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you'll partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. You will translate business requirements into effective system configurations, troubleshoot platform issues, and support change control and integrations in close collaboration with developers and IT teams. The role oversees user access, security, automations, and system documentation, while contributing to Salesforce platform strategy, roadmap planning, and ongoing optimization efforts. Staying current on Salesforce releases and features ensures the platform continues to support evolving business needs and operational priorities.
Things You’ll Do Here:
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to define, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Assist with Salesforce change control for both new functionality requests and environment management.
- Support and optimize integrations and work with developers/IT for API or AppExchange solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configuration, integrations, system architecture, and processes.
- Manage Salesforce user access, security, roles, profiles, and permission sets
- Manage validation rules, email alerts, and flow automations.
- Lead and contribute to Salesforce platform strategy, roadmap planning, and optimization initiatives.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and features, communicating those that might be applicable to the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- 4+ years of experience administering Salesforce
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with Sales & Service Cloud
- Experience with Omni-Channel
- Experience with Salesforce’s Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- College degree; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered
- Familiar with Salesforce artificial intelligence solutions
- Experience with Salesforce digital experience sites (aka communities/portals)
- Experience with application integrations such as Telephony, Docusign, and Conga.
Where You’ll Work: This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment!
- Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
- Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
- Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
